The 2010 World Naked Bike Ride Madison HAS HAPPENED!
The 2011 Madison ride is scheduled for June 18th.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!!
There was good news and bad news. We had a great turn out ... over 100 riders joined us. We enjoyed a wonderfully nude ride (temporarily). The police did a great job of keeping us safe -- there were no accidents or injuries. The weather was fantastic, and the fellowship peerless.
Sadly, a few of us got citations, and the circumstances around these are still not clear. We hope to make the whole of WNBR Madison 2011 just as naked as the early part of the 2010 ride.
If you would like to make a monetary donation for legal aid to anyone cited
who will fight their charges (a combined $3432- $4290 worth of tickets!),
please send a check made out the Madison Area General Defense Committee
(with WNBR in the notes), and drop off or mail the check to:
